Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Executive Sales Representative to join our quickly growing team!! This is a full-time on-site role located in Nashville, TN.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills.
In this position you will play a key role in driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients and helping to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with potential clients to assess their fencing needs and provide them with the appropriate solutions, including product recommendations and pricing.
- Prepare and deliver quotes/proposals with confidence.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage and track sales activities using CRM software (we use HubSpot), ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
