Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools such as Procore.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Manage project portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- Oversee contract negotiations and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful project implementation.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Procore.
- Strong data analysis skills to evaluate project performance metrics.
- Familiarity with program development processes and methodologies.
- Experience in managing contracts and understanding contractual terms is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
