Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Operate the Square POS system to enter customer orders accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in food preparation and handling as needed
- Upsell products and promote specials to customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic retail math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food industry standards and practices
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order accuracy
