The Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift (3pm to 1:30am) Monday through Thursday 4/10s is not your typical warehouse position. The role is vital to the operations of our company by participating in the core functions of our business. This position is actively involved in the detailed processing of aviation parts and materials in accordance with outlined procedures. Responsibilities include inventory inspection, data entry, receiving and shipping, and material processing.

Responsibilities include inventory inspection, data entry, receiving and shipping, and material processing.
Your role will take you to new heights, as you’ll be tasked with these essential job responsibilities:
- Perform inspection of incoming (received) material and ensure proper documentation
- Enter and receive part data into inventory database
- Ensure information entered into inventory database is detailed and accurate
- Record and file trace documents in appropriate locations (electronically and hard copy records)
- Locate and pull material for inspection and/or shipment
- Prepare and package material for storage and/or shipment
- Clean and prepare parts as instructed
- Perform physical inventory count as directed
- Relocate material from one location to another to consolidate and manage storage
- Assist others in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse and workstations
- Participate in audits, inspections and quality assessments as directed
- Perform other requests or duties as assigned
- Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office applications and databases
- Knowledge of basic warehouse and inventory processes
- Skill in typing and general computer literacy
- Skill in oral and written communication
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to be flexible, self-directed, and motivated
- Ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain records, review documents for accuracy, organize documents,
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and others
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a stockroom/warehouse environment
- Experience with inventory management a plus
- Experience forklift operation a plus
- Experience with dangerous goods and international shipping a plus
- Experience in aviation a plus
