Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Develop and implement engaging dance curricula for various age groups
- Teach dance techniques and styles, ensuring students understand the fundamentals.
- Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized feedback to enhance student performance.
- Organize and oversee dance recitals and performances to showcase student progress.
- Foster a love for dance while promoting physical fitness and creativity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching dance to various age groups
- Strong skills in curriculum development tailored to different skill levels
- Effective classroom management abilities to create a positive learning environment
- Experience working with children and adults in educational settings
- Background in ballet and other dance forms, with a passion for the art
