This role requires experience in technical and non-technical hiring, strong networking skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Assist in salary negotiations and offer roll-outs.
Employer Branding & Networking: Promote the company as a preferred employer in the renewable energy industry. Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking platforms.
Recruitment Strategy & Compliance: Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process. Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.
