What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at KPB Generators?
- Oversee all aspects of the Home Standby Generator business from sales through installation, service, and collections.
- Manage use of Service Titan software platform to track all sales and service activities
- Manage incoming calls from current and future customers
- Residential Sales SupportDispatch sales representatives to potential customers
- Maintenance SupportSchedule routine customer service visits for customer with maintenance contracts
- Invoice for annual customer maintenance contractsInvoice for non-routine repair costs incurred during regular customer maintenance visitsConfirm customer payments and manage collection of invoices sent
- Service SupportDispatch service technicians for calls received
- Confirm scope of work completed on service calls and send invoices to customersConfirm customer payments and manage collection for all service invoices sent
- Work with office manager to integrate Service Titan data with Quickbooks
- Identify opportunities to improve the sales and service processes to:Increase accuracy and timeliness of billing and collection
- Increase responsiveness to customers
- Work with owners to drive revenue and profit growth
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
