JOB TITLE: Ultrasound Technologist
REPORTS TO: Director of Imaging Services
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs a variety of ultrasound procedures in an acute care setting, which includes and not limited to small parts, OB, abdomen, DVT and various invasive procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Certificate from accredited school in ultrasound technology preferred. One-year experience in acute care setting preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: BLS certification and ARDMS. If new grad must be ARDMS registered within 18 months of hire.
