SUMMARY : Assists Director in managing all functions of the Quality Management department, to include overseeing the retrieval, organization, analysis, display, and documentation of QAI data into the medical staff and organization -wide QAI programs by department staff.
AGE SPECIFIC : Patient care employees must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to patients of all age groups-must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development through the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's needs in relation to age and to provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and procedures.
