What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist (Healthcare) position at KPC Promise Healthcare LLC?
KPC Promise Hospital of BATON ROUGE: Receives all incoming calls and transfers them to the appropriate area. Takes messages or transfers calls to voice mail for the employees that are not available, directs visitors and family members to appropriate areas, as well as other assigned duties from Administration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. One year of experience in a similar position, customer service
3. Excellent organizational, communication and judgment skills a must
4. Good written and verbal skills
5. Computer literacy and adaptability required
6. Must be able to read, write and speak English
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physical: Walking - up to 25% Standing - up to 25% Kneeling – up to 10%
Sitting - up to 90% Pushing – up to 5% Bending – up to 25%
