Job Description
Join the KPFF Lacey team as motivated and skilled Project Manager who demonstrates initiative and accountability to successfully coordinate and complete projects. We are accepting applications to fill positions immediately. Applications should include a resume and cover letter.
Our Project Managers are an essential part of our design teams. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership, time management, and communication skills to pursue, develop and execute projects. This position provides opportunities to work on a variety of fish passage projects for both public agencies and private owners which include :
- Stream Assessments
- Hydrologic & Hydraulic Analysis
- Scour analysis & Scour Countermeasure Design
- Streambed Stability Design
- Large Woody Material Stability Analysis
- Hydraulic Design Reports
- Permit Applications & Permitting Support
- Plans, Technical Specifications & Cost Estimates
- FEMA no-rise analysis and certification
Project Managers are accountable for project coordination and ensuring projects are completed effectively and meet client expectations. General project tasks that our Project Managers perform are as follows :

Compensation
The base salary for this role is competitive, with a range of $99,000 - $124,000, determined by experience, education, and skills. KPFF also offers performance-based bonuses to recognize outstanding contributions. Additional details about the full compensation package will be provided during the interview process.
