KPFF is excited to announce an opening of a Junior Information Technology Systems Administrator in our Orange County Irvine office. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a drive for excellence. This role offers the opportunity to support our IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems, while assisting with troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to users across multiple US time zones virtually.
As a Junior Information Technology Systems Administrator at KPFF, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining IT resources and lending support in areas such as analytics, data, and inventory management. You will be a part of a team of IT professionals who will provide training and shadowing support.
You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation. You will have the chance to work closely with colleagues at all levels of the organization, from interns to Principals. This is an opportunity for a dynamic candidate to gain IT experience working on complicated IT infrastructure, comprised of multiple sites of servers hosting various functions.

- This is a non-exempt position. All overtime hours are paid at a time-and-a-half hourly rate.
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $36.06 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Including assisting with installation, routine updates, patches, or upgrades to ensure systems are operating smoothly
Including monitoring performance, troubleshooting office equipment that integrates with the network, and disaster recovery systems
Primarily focused on our OC based employees, this role will problem-solve and support end-users with their hardware, software, licenses, and account permissions.
