Job Description
KPFF Mountain West is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator who is ambitious, thoughtful, creative, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content and engaging graphics to drive our firm's proposals, recruiting, and marketing initiatives. This role will involve collaborating with the Marketing Team to develop content strategies, create visually appealing graphics, maintain consistency across channels, assist in creating marketing materials for project pursuits, and support the Operations Team in other administrative tasks. Our Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and expanding our reach across key markets in Boise, Salt Lake City, and beyond!
You will thrive in this job if you find joy working with a close-knit team, believe in the power of prioritization, appreciate the balance of autonomy and feedback, and want to develop meaningful creative work that depicts the heart of an engineering firm. This is NOT a good fit if you need a lot of defined processes, prefer siloed work environments, or are allergic to deadlines.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing graphic and written content for a wide array of needs, including recruitment, project pursuits, and internal communications. This will be done in collaboration with our Marketing Director, who will help support and guide content development in alignment with strategic priorities.
This role will support the development of qualification packages which are sent to owners, architects, contractors, and other clients. It will also support branding for events, including local conferences, career fairs, and industry-focused events.
This role is based in our Boise office. KPFF values our culture, serving our community, and supporting one another, thus a regular office presence is required, but flexible. With our focus on career and personal development, this role has a significant opportunity for growth in skills as well as roles/responsibilities over time.
As a potential representative of KPFF, the ideal candidate conducts themselves professionally, has a service-minded attitude, and has a passion for solving problems. We can train many of the skills needed for success, but your attitude and passion are essential!
To apply please submit a cover letter and résumé.
