What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Design and Analysis Tasks : You will oversee structural design and analysis, applying advanced engineering principles to develop innovative solutions for complex projects.
- Develop Comprehensive Design Documentation : Create and review detailed structural design drawings and BIM models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and integrating innovative concepts.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work closely with project teams, including owners, architects, and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery. Foster strong professional relationships and provide valuable insights across different facets of the construction process.
- Demonstrate Commitment to Excellence : Exhibit a strong commitment to quality and innovative problem-solving in all aspects of your work. Proactively identify challenges and develop creative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Effective Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication through well-organized verbal and written interactions, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Iterative Design Integration : Actively participate in the iterative design process, integrating feedback and evolving project requirements to continually refine and improve designs.
- In-Person Collaboration : Work primarily in person with a minimum expectation of three days per week in the Salt Lake City office. Engage directly with the team to collaborate, learn, and contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
