Job Description
The Los Angeles Civil Engineering Division is currently seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This is a position in a dynamic organization, with the opportunity to significantly contribute to the continued growth and diversification of the business.
The Marketing Coordinator will have the following responsibilities :
- Work closely with our team of Closer-Doers on Private and Public project pursuits, including support with outreach, technical writing, and interview preparation.
- Coordinate production of prime and sub-consultant proposals, including organizing meetings, setting and meeting deadlines, conducting research, and leading the overall production and delivery efforts.
- Support the marketing team’s development and updating of graphics, presentations, advertising layouts, brochures, cut sheets, resumes, project photography and descriptions, and other marketing collaterals.
- Manage our customer relationship management database, image library, client lists, project lists, and other project materials.
- Diligent work ethic, dependable, responsible, and accountable.
- Creative thinker, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Eager to be part of a multi-disciplinary team, to engage with all, and to contribute with new ideas to the firm Marketing strategy.
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organization, and writing skills.
- Marketing experience in a civil / structural engineering firm, architectural firm, or other design-build environment a definite plus.
- Four plus years of experience required.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Salary range : $60,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience and education.
- Overtime Eligibility : Employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with local labor laws.
