This role is designed for a proficient civil engineering professional who excels in both engineering and project management.As a Project Manager at KPFF, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and closeout, ensuring projects meet client expectations, budget, and schedule requirements.Lead Full Project Lifecycle Management : Manage all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, budgeting, permitting, construction oversight, and project closeout, while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.Provide Technical Expertise and Oversight : Oversee advanced engineering design and calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Direct teams in the preparation of complex drawings, specifications, and technical reports.Drive Client Relationships and Business Development : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations. Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and support business growth through networking and project success.Ensure Regulatory Compliance : Oversee the permitting process, coordinate with regulatory agencies, and ensure that all projects meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.Mentor and Lead Project Teams : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members, fostering professional growth and a collaborative project environment. KPFF also offers performance-based bonuses to recognize outstanding contributions.
