Travel CT Technologist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of the radiology department, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce accurate and detailed images of patients' internal structures
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain patient records and update files as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in CT technology
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, including safety protocols and infection control measures
Requirements:
- Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current registration and licensure as a CT Technologist
- Prior experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a CT department
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
