Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain: Work on the development, configuration, and maintenance of PingOne DaVinci orchestration flows.
Integration: Integrate PingOne DaVinci with various identity providers and applications.
Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting and support for PingOne DaVinci implementations.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of identity solutions.
Required Skills:
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in PingOne DaVinci, PingFederate, PingAccess, and other Ping Identity solutions.
Scripting and Automation: Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with deploying Ping products in cloud environments like Google Cloud Platform or Kubernetes.
Security Protocols: Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and other identity and access management protocols.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Several years of experience in identity and access management, particularly with Ping Identity solutions.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in identity management or cloud platforms can be a plus.
