Overview
Supports the marketing and sales efforts of ProAct, Inc. Coordinates the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for ProAct under the direction of the Director of Creative Services and Marketing. This position will assist with the creative development and maintenance of marketing pieces including, but not limited to, sales collateral, marketing campaigns, infographics, motion graphics, e-mail marketing, social media outlets, and marketing web pages.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and maintaining an understanding of the PBM industry.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining an understanding of both ProAct and primary competitors' value propositions, products and services, and customer-facing technologies.
- Assist with day-to-day marketing operations as well as monitoring and prioritizing workflow, schedules, and budgets.
- Responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with vendor partners, business partners, etc., to promote and further the goals of ProAct.
- Strategize social media efforts to build ProAct’s presence and connect with business partners as well as clients and their members.
- Coordinate the purchasing / logistics of ProAct marketing materials and collateral.
- Assist sales and marketing teams with operations or internal tasks.
- Responsible for supporting trade show / community event and sponsorship opportunities that will gain access to a broad customer base.
- Assist with creative concepts, graphic design, motion graphics, layout, and art production for marketing initiatives.
- Work with the team to determine the best methods to visually represent our brand and increase brand awareness / credibility.
- Assist with the formation of print materials, direct mail, digital advertisements, and special event collateral.
- Support the Account Management, Sales, and Clinical Pharmacy departments with requested design projects.
- Assist in the planning and execution of public relations and marketing communications.
- Organize and maintain marketing files (electronic and hardcopy).
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
