Every Customer Enrollment Representative starts from the entry level and is cross-trained in the following areas : Customer Relationship Management (CRM) TruConnect product and service offerings Customer Enrollment & Account Management Complaint Resolution Compliance & Standards Leadership Development What the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative does : Collect information from candidates and qualify them for the TruConnect program Explain program requirements accurately, follow up with clients to ensure you are meeting their needs, and collect all documentation needed for enrollment Provide guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates Support the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative team by accurately updating and reviewing customer account information Empathize with customers’ concerns and find satisfactory resolutions to any complaints that may arise Attend daily meetings alongside fellow Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representatives to sharpen customer service skills and ensure a thorough understanding of the program What we are looking for in an Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative : Must be 18 years of age A high school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a relevant customer-facing role Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to empathize with customers Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team A history of volunteering or fundraising is a plus! This role is an entry level position with significant opportunities for advancement.
