Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Manager, Marketing. This role will require strong interpersonal and communication skills with enhanced multi-tasking abilities across digital, marketing, report generation, sales and leadership. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the company is represented positively across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically while analyzing data, act proactively for our overall digital approach, and utilize creativity to gain followers across channels.

• Maintain KPI's social media accounts and websites, branding, content, graphics and internal & external digital communications
• Collaborate with marketing leaders to create effective digital campaigns that target focus verticals
• Determine best use of budget for paid campaigns
• Analyze and report regularly on digital channel effectiveness
• Support SEO strategy by building keyword optimization strategies to accelerate awareness
• Work with the graphic designer to help deliver content that meets client specifications
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an industry related field (marketing, communication, public relations)
• Three to five years of work experience in the material handling supply chain and or sales, business development field.
• Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on superior oral and written communication negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Outlook/Software tools, CRM tools, InDesign, Photoshop, salesforce and Statistical analysis software.
• Proficient in time management and triaging obligations.
• Travel to KPI offices and trade shows (10%) required as necessary
