What You’ll Do
• Complete and coordinate all accounting and cost functions, managing daily activities.
• Compile and analyze financial information related to costing and pricing; recommend and implement corrective action.
• Collaborate with the operations team to create and maintain activity based costing system for various departments.
• Perform financial analysis with detailed cost information to provide leadership with information vital to the decision-making process.
• In conjunction with top leadership, plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy.
• Present financial information to the leadership team with preparedness and confidence.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Ability to be in-person at Lebanon facility Monday – Friday.
• Cost accounting or a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance; proven track-record of leading a team.
• Excellent Excel and overall computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to speak and write effectively in a way that helps drive progress.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to read computer screen & proof printed materials.
• Must be able to physically perform basic life operational functions: standing, walking, feeling, talking, hearing, lifting, climbing, balancing and making repetitive motions.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
