KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Assistant Relationship to join our Growth and Strategy organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing campaign strategies to target primary buyers and deliver impactful content, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals
- Conduct buyer-issue research and competitive analysis using AI and other tools to help shape campaign content and journey experiences
- Support the development and maintenance of the strategic framework for consumer journey campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across different stages
- Collaborate with marketing teams to compile relevant content, integrate new and relevant materials, and maintain consistent messaging throughout the campaign
- Monitor and adjust campaign strategies based on performance reviews and optimization discussions to ensure effectiveness and alignment with marketing initiatives
- Ensure all campaign assets address buyer issues and fulfill their roles in the purchase funnel, meeting deadlines and deliverables in collaboration with program managers
- Minimum one year of recent digital marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience with Optimizely, Monday.com, Writer.AI, ChatGPT (or equivalent) is a plus
- Ability to work effectively within a team, building strong relationships and utilizing team members for their expertise
- Self-starter with good organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects with competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Basic strategic thinking skills to help develop the consumer journey framework and establish connections with other initiatives
