KPMG is currently seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our Digital Nexus organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions that align with the organization's business strategy and objectives; oversee major transformation programs, including front office and back-office implementations using platforms like Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, Data Lake, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others
- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and standards for major implementations and integrations; design and implement robust and scalable solution architectures that meet business needs and leverage best practices and industry standards
- Create and manage integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow and communication between disparate systems within the organization; architect and manage data solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting requirements, ensuring data integrity and security
- Utilize knowledge of generative AI, MDM, and cloud architecture to enable and advance the organization's technological capabilities
- Formulate and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and governance across the organization; drive global implementation of integrated architecture including Salesforce, SAP, data lake, data cloud, and marketing automation solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other architects and technical teams
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in implementing major transformation programs, specifically with technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, Data Lake, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and more
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Data Lake and other cloud data platforms as well as with building Architecture blueprints and roadmaps
- Proven experience in solution architecture, Integration Architecture, data architecture, and cloud computing technologies
- Familiarity with MuleSoft and Azure services for integration architecture and proficiency in enabling generative AI, MDM, and Cloud Architecture
- Excellent understanding of enterprise-level applications and infrastructure
