KPMG is currently seeking a Business Continuity Manager to join our Global Technology & Knowledge group which is part of the KPMG International organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity as well as disaster recovery strategies and solutions
• Review and update the critical technology services recovery plans
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery strategies as well as solutions are integrated into the organization's systems and procedures
• Create and execute the Disaster Recovery testing plan
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses of critical technology services to identify vulnerable areas
• Manage education and drills to validate and improve the business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent professional experience in information technology (IT) Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; relevant work experience
• Experience in supporting International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and System and Organization Controls Two (SOC2) internal and external audits
• Knowledge of Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery standards (for example, ISO 27031/22301)
• Strong knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery best practices
• Great understanding of IT/Business processes, challenges and issues as well as the business impact of products, tools, technologies and policies
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
