Responsibilities
- Create, build, and develop various change management materials to support the firm’s large-scale transformation programs.
- Assist in conducting change impact assessments to understand the potential risks and opportunities associated with the proposed changes.
- Develop and execute communication plans, including creating content for various communication channels such as emails, newsletters, intranet, presentations, and internal social channels.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees on the changes and ensure their understanding and buy-in.
- Support the development of change management materials, including templates, guides, and resources to enable smooth adoption of the changes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and communication campaigns, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while effectively communicating progress and any potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify metrics, trends, create actionable insights, and generate comprehensive reports to support business decision-making and strategic planning
- Act as a change advocate and ambassador, fostering a positive change culture within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in change management, communications, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and ideas to a diverse audience.
- Proficiency in developing and executing communication plans and strategies.
- Solid understanding of change management methodologies and best practices. Prosci certification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Forms, Power Automate, as well as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous change management experience in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s), and have strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation a plus
