Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operational tasks related to the engagement of contingent labor workforce
- Engage with business stakeholders and interface with direct sourcing team and vendors to support contingent labor needs
- Ensure workflow and documentation are executed - identify, track, and manage issues, risks, and action items
- Guide engagement teams and managers in the process of requisitioning contractors
- Coordinate all contractor onboarding and offboarding with detailed and clear communication to managers, vendors, IT, and other internal departments
- Ensure compliance with policy and applicable laws and regulations
- Minimum 5 years of highly detailed vendor and/or contractor management experience
- Experience in a highly matrixed, enterprise level organization
- Prior experience working with VMS related systems with Beeline experience being required
- Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization, especially top leadership
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
