KPMG is currently seeking a Coordinator, Data and Research to join our International Development Assistance Services (IDAS) organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the building of business development pipeline, identifying opportunities, fielding them to relevant teams, and following up for status updates
- Encourage the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, global contact directory and proposal templates
- Conduct research on international development sector trend and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategy
- Assist in proposal development efforts including writing, communication with global network and the collation of relevant content such as Curricula Vitae (CVs), qualifications, references
- Provide broad administrative support for relevant business development activities
- Minimum one year of recent experience working in the advisory consulting, nonprofit or government aid space with evidence of project management qualifications
- Bachelor'sDegree from an accredited college/university; focus on internationaldevelopment is preferable. Familiarity with USAID, the UN and other bi-lateraland multi-lateral funding agencies preferred. Experience specificallydeveloping proposals for these entities will be received favorably
- Experience researching, analyzing and interpreting information, with an ability to distill information into specific takeaways, and developed proposals
- Background with prompt engineering and optimizing the use of AI applications (for example, CoPilot and ChatGPT) in a business context strongly preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong writing and editing ability
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals in senior leadership positions, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word); fluency in a second language is extremely preferable
