- Perform enhanced analytics to monitor project spend in a timely manner and review against budget
- Improve process-level data capture, tracking, and management of budgets
- Develop and implement cost controls to ensure effective budget management
- Provide observations and recommendations for improving controls and governance to help improve monitoring and management of budgets

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets
- Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies or anomalies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Background in contracting or construction industry
- Ability to read purchase orders
- Develop cost related data
