Responsibilities:
- Apply comprehensive or specialist-level knowledge of business transformation to evolve and iterate the firm's Global Business Services (GBS) strategy and growth plans, while providing thoughtful analysis in real-time with a focus on vision, value, speed, talent and benefits realization
- Strategic and proactive responsibility to understand firm services and identify opportunities to better serve internal clients with a GBS mindset; focus on innovation leveraging artificial intelligence and optimizing the global delivery centers
- Set the tactical plan for the execution of strategic initiatives and objectives, including but not limited to further evolving the business, optimizing the organizational design and expanding the breadth of services provided by GBS; direct a portfolio of key strategic GBS projects and programs
- Interface regularly, partner and collaborate with GBS leadership, US stakeholders and global delivery centers; identify process improvement opportunities and significantly contribute to innovation through implementation of enhancements that create high client value, process efficiencies, and/or enhanced quality
- Provide active coaching, mentoring and knowledge-sharing with junior staff to advance their career development; manage and review those team members' work product; contribute to planning for short term needs such as projects and processes; possibly construct annual plan for deployment of those resources
- Minimum ten years of recent experience creating business transformation strategy and leading complex business transformation programs, involving offshore centers, preferably in a Fortune 500
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, applying expertise to make concrete decisions that impact the organization and the firm
- Capability to think about objectives from multiple perspectives and consider non-conventional ideas and approaches for achieving objectives; ability to lead and ensure execution of strategic GBS initiatives for the organization and address emerging GBS opportunities and how the organization should be organized/staffed to realize them
- Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; capability to direct, motivate and empower others to work towards the organization's goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple functions; ensure execution of strategic initiatives for the organization
- Ability to address emerging opportunities and how organization should be organized/staffed to realize them
