KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Global Operations - KDN Advisory to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage delivery model as well as staff to ensure appropriate coverage to meet solution and client needs, and achieve excellence in customer service in a cost and risk efficient manner
- Work with the KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) Advisory leadership team to ensure the Advisory Ops key objectives are met; establishes metrics, guidelines and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Organize, direct, control, implements, monitors and forecasts budgets as well as costs to achieve financial objectives
- Manage service performance and quality management activities (reporting quality acceptance, improvement plans, performance reporting, modification of metrics and issue resolution)
- Oversee the KDN Advisory Operations and Reporting team and creates connectivity between workstreams that results in an integrated design and approach; regularly connect with related program to ensure seamless integration and collaboration as well as adherence to applicable global and participating member firm policies
- Control the governance cadence for all KDN Advisory enabled Tier three Global Delivery Centers (GDC)and implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations; control escalations and issue resolution for all KDN Advisory initiatives by working with the Regional Operations Leaders and KDN Advisory Leadership
- Minimum ten years of recent experience supporting Global Leadership and Global C-suite Executives in a matrixed, multi-firm environment with relevant recent experience with shared services, managed services and/or outsourcing for application services; minimum two years of recent experience managing a large team
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in information technology or relevant experience
- Background working with and managing global teams on a virtual basis and strong project and program management skills
- Capability to effectively interact with Senior leaders across both KDN Advisory OpCo and other global KPMG member firm Advisory leadership stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing complex service delivery model initiatives; excellent analytical, decision-making and experience with Transformation program at a strategic level
- Familiarity with KPMG's global strategic priorities and solutions along with global KPMG Advisory processes is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
