Review and map Workday Prism Integration and business processes leveraging knowledge of data analytics and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements for a variety of clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Coordinate Workday projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications. Advise clients on system services available within the Workday Application. Identify and communicate Workday advisory project findings to internal and external stakeholders. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Performing Workday implementation as a Workday Prism Consultant or Prism Lead Consultant; Leading Prism design and process alignment; Utilizing ERP System concepts, general module functionality, and Workday Prism processes and best practices within the context of advisory projects.
Must have completed two full lifecycle implementations with Workday Prism.
Must have one of the following valid certifications: Workday Reporting Certification, Workday Prism Analytics Certification, or Workday Adaptive Platform Certification.
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 10%.
