KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Business Enablement & Transformation Office to join our Delivery Model Enablement team.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with business teams to identify processes that can be supported from global delivery centers, and develop recommendations for location strategy after considering process requirements and delivery center capabilities
- Manage the end-to-end transition of scope going to global delivery centers including staffing, enabling technology, contracting, onboarding and training, and more
- Support hyper-care and stabilization activities post go-live, to ensure transition objectives are met; assist with developing status reports and management updates as necessary
- Collaborate with Global Business Services (GBS) organization to support the implementation of governance and vendor management processes to monitor service delivery outcomes
- Partner with Information Technology (IT), digital security, legal, and risk management to ensure services are delivered in compliance with government regulations (HIPPA), client contractual provisions and firm policies, for example privacy, data management; support the analysis of complex contractual, regulatory, and licensing issues related to third-party relationships
- Understand and appreciate diverse cultures and managerial norms of service providers; create awareness of best practices to improve service delivery outcomes
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in business transformation, off/shore experience; candidates with Big four public accounting firm experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification preferred
- Proficient in applicable frameworks and methodologies, including Offshore Transition Lifecycle, Global Business Services, Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory
- Demonstrated experience working in a global multi-vendor environment and track record of leadership, collaboration skills, and project management
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project, Visio) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; great trouble-shooting and organizational skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; capability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
