KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development
- Assist with defining and documenting an enterprise-wide Scaled Agile (SAFe) operating model
- Facilitate formal (generic, certification-eligible) and informal (tailored, certification-ineligible) SAFe trainings for client personnel across multiple offices / directorates
- Support business process reengineering while ensuring continuous compliance with all federal and enterprise requirements
- Develop requirements traceability matrix and define standardized, enterprise-wide requirements intake, refinement, reconciliation, and mapping processes
- Partner with client stakeholders to support the launch, modification, and sunsetting of Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains
- Develop role-specific desktop guides that capture key responsibilities, dependencies, and best practices
- A minimum of five years of Scaled Agile technology advisory experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university
- Must hold a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification
- Experience working in an Agile technology delivery environment; Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Scrum Master (SM) experience preferred
- Experience managing project requirements in support of technology implementations / modernizations
- Experience working with ITPM / ITSM platforms (e.g. - Jira, ServiceNow); back-end experience preferred (e.g. - project / schema configuration, access / permissions management)
- Advanced knowledge / experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word
- Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
- Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance
