KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Functional Practice Operations-Audit Pricing and Portfolio Management to join our Audit Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage pricing and portfolio management initiatives by tracking tasks, facilitating decisions to be made, identifying deadlines and next steps to continue to move things forward
  • Collaborate with pricing and other leaders to update pricing, negotiation and fees guidelines; prepare pricing, portfolio management, and engagement economics presentation materials and communications
  • Manage and oversee benchmarking work done offshore and handle onshore related communications with partners/MDs as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc fee negotiations or proposals, teaming with growth and the national Pricing Commercial Enablement team (PCE) as appropriate
  • Monitor, analyze and report on pricing and portfolio management, and engagement economics progress
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas and materials for Pricing and Portfolio Management meetings or other Practice or Operational meetings where pricing and portfolio management is on the agenda
  • Participate in ad hoc or special projects for Engagement Economics and support Runway workstreams where needed for Audit to help ensure successful implementation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum four years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Resource Management, Marketing or general business operations
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; master's degree or professional certification such as CPA, or CMA is preferred, but not required
  • Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance and strategic advice to executive level management
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and MS Teams. PowerBI and Alteryx experience welcomed; excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and negotiating skills required
