KPMG is currently seeking a Manager Global Delivery Solutions to join our CFO organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain periodic management and financial reports; perform account, project and cost center analysis; prepare monthly walks and ad hoc presentations; assist with the preparation of annual plan and re-forecasts
- Leverage experience and subject matter knowledge to work independently to drive vague or complex requests to meaningful completion; collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and provide financial insights
- Support the quarter-end and year-end closing activities, consolidation of subsidiaries to confirm entries are properly recorded in general ledger and in accordance with the firm's policy and GAAP
- Act as a change leader to forward finance transformation, business strategy, and operationalizing change by delivering in-depth analysis and data-driven insights related to the company's strategic as well as operating planning activities
- Serve as a trusted business advisor for finance leadership; analyze key performance indicators and develop a point of view to assist leadership in identifying risks which can facilitate a timely course correction
- Minimum five years of recent progressive financial and management accounting experience including financial statement preparation, consolidation, planning and analysis, financial modeling and forecasting with a KPMG member firm, regional or global organizations
- Graduate degree from an accredited college/university in business or finance together with a CPA or equivalent
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and Indian GAAP and internal controls requirements
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and Reporting tools is preferred
- Problem solving skills for complex business situations
- Numerate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficient with PowerPoint and excellent presentation skills; clear written and oral communications skills
