KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Partner Services to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage transformation initiatives, including strategy development, change management, technology enhancements, and process improvement to drive efficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, establish timelines, and drive change management efforts through communication strategies and training programs
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, as well as help ensure successful delivery by providing leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to secure buy-in and support, as well as present regular progress reports highlighting key achievements and recommendations
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive reporting structure utilizing data visualization tools to highlight key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders as well as senior leadership on a regular basis
  • Serve as a people leader by mentoring and developing team members across the organization, fostering professional growth, encouraging collaboration, as well as promoting high performance and engagement within and beyond direct project teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in consulting and/or human resource (HR) in large organizations is preferred; minimum six years of proven recent experience in leading and managing cross-functional transformation initiatives, change management, and process improvement projects
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business administration, management, organizational development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in transformation methodologies, frameworks, best practices, as well as the development and implementation of transformation roadmaps and strategies; strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects as well as stakeholders simultaneously; experience in creating and executing change management plans
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and storytelling using tools like PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Visier to effectively communicate insights and drive decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; capability of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership abilities, including people management and relationship-building skills, to mentor and develop team members, as well as motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals, while understanding organizational dynamics and culture
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
