KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Pricing Strategy & Training to join our Sales Enablement team organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of training modules by translating complex pricing and negotiation strategies into interactive and comprehensible content; leverage digital proficiency, including AI, to enhance the learning experience and operational efficiency
- Work closely with subject matter experts within the Pricing Center of Excellence (PCE) from Tax, Audit, and Advisor from Learning and Development, and other Sales Enablement teams
- Gather insights to understand training needs; work together on content creation, and validate training content, ensuring that it reflects KPMG's strategic initiatives, current trends and practices within the field of pricing and negotiation
- Manage the logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining a library of up-to-date training materials; oversee the submission of necessary documentation for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits and compliance
- Improve evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness and participant engagement
- Collect and analyze data from training sessions, and prepare detailed reports on the outcomes and potential areas for improvement in the training curriculum
- Minimum five years of recent substantial experience in training development, pricing, negotiations, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business or finance with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other comparable accounting qualification
- Experience within a professional services firm or corporate training environment is highly desirable; experience with pricing preferred
- Background in instructional design with proven ability to create engaging, and effective training programs is highly desirable, proficiency in digital learning technologies, and AI applications in training
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a knack for detail-oriented tasks; advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), digital training software, and AI tools relevant to training and development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to synthesize Subject Matter Expert (SME) input into digestible written content; excellent collaboration skills; capability of working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
