Responsibilities:
- Providestrong federal healthcare, business, and program knowledge and apply this totechnology strategy and solution design and implementation engagements.
- Assess,capture, and translate complex business issues and requirements usinghuman-centered design principles into structured technology use cases. Workwith client and internal cross-functional and technical teams to design anddevelop technology demonstrations and prototypes.
- Identifyand assess client needs, lead the planning and implementation of technologysolutions, participate in sales and capture activities, and lead proposalefforts including technical responses, solution design, pricing, and teamingstrategy.
- Managetechnical teams to ensure quality delivery, help achieve engagement financialtargets, manage engagement quality and risk, and meet client expectations andcontractual requirements.
- Playan active role in client and market information gathering including interviews,surveys, workshops, and market research. Continuously develop and shareknowledge of emerging technology trends and solutions in white papers topicalbriefs, etc.
- Mentorand provide performance management oversight of functional and technicalmanagement and staff level resources to help ensure consistent, qualitydelivery.
- Aminimum of 12 years of experience working with business, program, andtechnology teams in the Department of Health and Human Services.
- Sevenyears experience leading teams to identify client needs; develop, architect,and implement solutions; improve data management capabilities; and modernizeapplications.
- Experienceworking with a wide array of technology platforms to solve front-, middle-, andback-office challenges. Example platforms include ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, Azure,SAP, Databricks, . Informatica, Microsoft Powered Suite, etc.
- Bachelor'sdegree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relateddiscipline from an accredited college/university
- Demonstratedleadership, client management, project management, and business developmentsupport capabilities with a successful track record.
