“SAP Central Finance - Technical Lead” resource with following skills and having at least 15-20 years of experience
- Exp as SAP tech lead multiple implementations (6-7 years exp)
- Designed and Implemented at least 2-3 CFIN programs (4-5 years exp) as CFIN Technical Lead and Architect level having integrated several SAP and non-SAP systems (with good experience in complexities / scenarios in CFIN implementations)
- Team lead for all technology areas of SAP S/4HANA ABAP, Fiori, SLT, BTP, BASIS, Security, Technical Integrations and MDG – Works with the team members in offshore in these areas to coordinate all activities and make sure deliverables are completed on time
- Expert knowledge and working experience in SAP S/4HANA ABAP development for various RICEFW and Fiori Objects (for onsite urgent development, quick fixes, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) for Central Finance (including AIF framework) - for onsite urgent development, quick fixes, etc.
- Experience in technical integration of various systems through middleware, etc. components
- Experience in SAP BTP development (for custom objects) and integration to SAP S/4HANA and other systems
- Must be Technically hands-on resource with ability to explore new / latest areas or innovations
- Experience in using SAP MDG for Central Finance
- Experience in integration with / working with BASIS and other technologies in central finance projects
- Good knowledge of Integration experience with other modules, especially SAP Financials (and materials from SAP Materials management)
- Good understanding of complexities, etc. of systems / tools like SLT, MDG, AIF, Magnitude / Insightsoftware (for non-SAP integration) etc. used in CFIN project
- Good experience in working with data workstream for data harmonization, data mapping (MAP MANAGE / Key and Value Mapping, etc. in CFIN), data validation and reconciliations (End to end) – Integration of all types of data such as master data, transaction data, configuration data, etc. across various SAP and non-SAP systems
- Owns and leads their own area with minimal guidance – good client interaction and presentation skills – being able to create workshop materials (working with functional teams), lead workshops and making follow ups during design and implementation of S/4HANA Central Finance Project – Good inter-personal skills / good team player and flexible for work hours based on project needs
- Experience in writing technical specifications and coordinating the development life cycle for custom / RICEFW objects in SAP
- Co-ordinates and works with the Offshore teams for various project activities and deliverables
