KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Enablement / OCM to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital enablement as well as change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, end-to-end user enablement support as well as communication, training, coaching, and reinforcement activities to support the successful implementation and adoption of change
  • Analyze current and future state impacts to people, process, and technologies; create enablement resources and guidance on use cases, user journeys, and defined digital transformation processes for all impacted stakeholder groups for new and emerging technologies in the KPMG enterprise
  • Create and implement strategic and tactical communication plans that meet agreed upon project timelines and requirements, drive engagement and adoption with employees and stakeholders, and plan elements such as videos, town halls, web pages, and content creation across all channels
  • Drive adoption initiatives that support project success through onboarding and readiness efforts, including testing and using new technology; identify evolving project deliverables; monitoring changes in scope; develop plans to identify resistance and conflicts to remove barriers 
  • Collaborate with project teams, sponsors, and leaders to integrate digital enablement, and change management activities into the overall project plans, and timelines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent experience in digital enablement, change management or similar technology focused role
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, psychology, communication, technology or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of digital enablement and change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and can work both independently as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
