KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Tax Growth & Markets team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, planning, and execution of projects; coordinate with project leads to ensure that project milestones and objectives are met; participate in post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement; contribute to the development of best practices and optimization of initiatives
- Project manage internal national meetings and training sessions including planning and coordination activities (such as scheduling, speaker prep calls, preparing presentations), providing live support (such as driving presentations, running polls, documenting and facilitating follow up actions) and conducting post event actions such as track metrics, process Continuing Professional Education (CPE) packages, draft follow up communications
- Conduct maintenance within internal Intranet and SharePoint sites, collecting, adding and updating content as necessary
- Perform analysis of metrics generated by various data sources, update trackers and generate reports
- Serve as a point of contact for the Growth and Markets organization, facilitating communication between team members and internal clients
- Minimum three years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including accounting, project management, or general business operations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business administration, accounting, finance, human resources, or another related field
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, exercising independent judgment and working with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively and function in a virtual team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PPT, Excel and Outlook is required; knowledge of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and SharePoint is preferred
