KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our KPMG Strategy practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform domestic and global pre and post-deal Human Resources due diligence and integrations/separations with respect to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies and private equity investors
- Work with KPMGs cross-functional due diligence, integration and separation teams on the HR portion of integration engagements
- Assist with identifying HR, compensation and benefit plan exposures in HR due diligence and integrations
- Contribute to the engagement process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMGs integration and separation teams, and assist with communication of results with clients
- A minimum of three years of Human Resource (HR) external consulting firm experience with a focus on M&A HR Due Diligence and Integration & Separation work
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
- Highly motivated, self-starter, team player, with positive attitude, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project
- On track to attain FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP and/or CEP designations
- Willingness and ability to travel
