KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage generative AI technologies to enhance decision-making processes and develop innovative solutions
• Build and refine personas to better understand and target clients and industries
• Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork across different departments and functions for AI solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply new knowledge to improve existing solutions
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of AI tools and technologies. Actively support teams in their implementation and integration efforts
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent experience in asset management or generative AI
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, finance, data science, or a related field; advanced degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Understanding of technologies such as Python, Power BI, and Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; driven, self-aware, and versatile with a desire to learn, grow, and collaborate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

California Salary Range: $69900 - $138200
