KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Voice of the Client Program to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and support team members in developing, launching, collecting and evaluating results of client feedback surveys; perform analysis of historical and current client data and other important sources of information to help identify client insights shared to firm leadership
  • Interact with Account Lead Partners and members on advising on VoC Strategy; articulate client feedback findings through visually appealing and appropriate frameworks and present to firm leadership if appropriate
  • Identify, design, and champion process improvements with the use of automation and other best practices in the survey launch process as part of KPMG's commitment to continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain the process and governance around the use of CX tools and vendors
  • Document process updates and develop communications that help partners and teams across the company understand how we're capturing insights and measuring progress
  • Complete ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent, progressive analytical research or data analysis research experience, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Experience in Client Experience, Strategic account management, research analysis, strategy, marketing and/or business consulting environment
  • Knowledge of survey analytics and verbatim analysis with Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills, and sound business acumen; Qualtrics Survey tool Technical Proficiency to include, but not limited to the following: Survey design, Dashboard designing and building, Text IQ and Stats IQ
  • Project Management skills to ensure planning and execution of assigned tasks to meet deadline sensitive requests; excellent written and oral communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including advanced Excel with knowledge of VBA and reporting database
