KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist, Oracle HCM to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2/3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications
  • Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of cloud-based enterprise applications for a variety of clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
  • Identify, document, and manage client business/functional requirements
  • Assess client requirements and build product-specific functional specifications
  • Drive efficiency by continuously improving business processes and task automation
  • Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of recent experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients; experience with modules such as Absence, Benefits, and Compensation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline
  • Experience with upgrades and functional testing; one year helpdesk experience with functional knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications is preferred
  • Ability to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore), as well as clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve
  • Ability to travel as necessary

California Salary Range: $66800 - $124400
