KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Service Enablement to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Align training, complete quality assurance and coordinate resource management, as well as project intake for the Digital Desk
  • Establish, implement, and enforce standards, procedures, and service levels to ensure that Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) with internal and/or external service providers are met
  • Construct changes to policy and process as required, while working with technical stakeholders to coordinate implementation
  • Work with the service providers to define the support and metric requirements; locate issue trends, while documenting and coordinating process or development solutions, both technical and metric drive
  • Act as a mentor and leader with Service Enablement peers, level two resources and level one analysts through training, quality and skillset growth

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Processes and procedures, as well as how best to implement them
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; Certifications in ITIL is preferred
  • Ability to partner with firmwide support teams (Service Desk, Digital Nexus, Authorization to Operate, Trusted Third Party, Human Resources) to deliver a consistent Service Management product; Ability to develop and implement program-wide IT Service Management releases including development, deployment, training, and support
  • Demonstrated ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work Instructions; proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Possess strong organizational skills with an ability to quickly learn, retain, and deliver information by means of written and verbal instructions, critical thinking skills with an innovative mindset
  • Strong documentation skillset featuring a willingness to solicit information; self-motivated and task-driven with an ability to multitask, and function in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; excellent verbal and written communication with the capability of delivering to a wide audience (Including practice leadership and training peers)
