KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Engineer, Technology Project/Program Management to join our Advisory Technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development of strategy for projects in Systems Administration/Configuration for the ServiceNow platform and ensure alignment with engineering principles and methods of analysis
• Conduct research on platform updates and application enhancements to recommend improvements to current processes
• Develop and maintain installation and system configuration procedures
• Prepare proposals for new projects, identifies potential problems, and proposes solutions
• Communicate updates and release information to change management and user engagement teams
• Analyze customer needs to determine appropriate solutions for complex technical issues
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent demonstrated experience administering a ServiceNow platform, including experience with the Xanadu version
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, CSM, governance risk and compliance, agile modules
• Ability to perform system upgrades, periodic migrations of work product, user authentication implementation, cloning processes, data migrations, single sign on configuration, platform and integration troubleshooting, workflows and active directory configurations
• Organized and analytical, adept at working on multiple priorities in a fast-paced global team environment; demonstrate critical thinking, solid judgment and a pragmatic approach to delivering solutions that optimize architecture activities across the platform
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
