KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Change and Adoption Management to join our Front Office Transformation organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the department’s change and communication strategy to drive readiness and adoption of various high profile transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Establish strong, collaborative relationships with internal communication teams, leaders, and key partners across the firm to connect and collaborate on efforts, helping to ensure cross-team cohesive messages and strategies, providing the best employee experience in support of business objectives
  • Design and develop Change Management Communications and activities to support transformation projects, including but not limited to company news, PowerPoint presentation, emails, event collateral, video scripts, FAQs
  • Act as owner and content master for internal website for all Front Office Transformation content; work with subject experts to develop content and update web and online collaboration tools as well as identify new or expand use of existing tools
  • Contribute to changing how we communicate, including leveraging non-traditional channels and creative approaches to communications/engagement, change management, culture building and capability building
  • Hire, coach, and develop team members to create bench strength and succession planning for the team and the function

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in developing and executing communications/engagement, change management programs, culture building, and capability building programs within a large complex organization, including communication plans for large functions, behavior change strategies, employee engagement, intranet messaging and executive presentations, in support of technology-enabled business transformation programs (CRM/Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related degree from an accredited college/university
  • Ability to effectively translate technical information into coherent communications for technical and business audiences; be able to manage complex messages and create easily understood materials
  • Exceptional communication capabilities, both verbal and written, including horizontal and vertical logic and executive presentations across an organizational hierarchy
  • Consistently demonstrate flexibility, resourcefulness, and possess the ability to work as a team in complex environments (such as ambiguous, fast-moving, multiple concurrent activities with short-term deadlines and changing priorities)
  • Be able to think independently, manage multiple deadlines and lead small projects/workstreams while delivering high-quality deliverables to multiple customers and competing priorities

Los Angeles / Seattle Salary Range: Low: $94700 - High: $173500 San Francisco Salary Range: Low: $105000 - High: $192400
