Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Manage and train staff in all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen procedures, bar service, and hospitality management.
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food costs effectively.
- Coordinate catering services and special events to enhance guest experiences.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth.
Qualifications
- Able to speak Chinese fluently
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a casual dining setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, bar management, and catering services.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required.
